What You'll Learn

Unit 1: New Friends - Topics: Self-introduction, personality traits - Vocabulary: Names, meanings, bookstore, residence, work - Grammar: Expressing first impressions, describing personal traits, using “~番目” (e.g., “1番目の男の子という意味”) - Reading & Writing: “あかちゃんの名前”, “私のしゅみ” - Culture: Complimenting family members

Unit 2: Describing People - Topics: Clothing, appearance, behavior - Vocabulary: Family terms, height, hair length, skills - Grammar: Using “~そうです” to describe appearance, modifying verbs into adjectives - Reading & Writing: “あべさんの新しい友だち”, “私が好きな人”

Unit 3: Eating Out - Topics: Restaurant recommendations, meal types - Vocabulary: Western vs. Japanese food, ingredients, customer service - Grammar: “この店はおいしいので、よく来ます。” (Expressing preferences: “私が好きなのは、ステーキです。”) - Reading & Writing: “レストランの注文”, “おすすめのレストラン”

Unit 4: Eating Etiquette - Topics: Eating methods, food preferences - Vocabulary: Ingredients, table manners, regional specialties - Grammar: “～てはいけません” (prohibitions), “～ないで食べます” (describing eating styles) - Reading & Writing: “日本のマヨネーズ”, “私の国の食べ物” - Culture: Calling restaurant staff

• Course fees include one digital material copy. A hard copy is available at an additional cost through our recommended supplier.
• Public groups consist of 16 hours for a Central European Framework (CEFR) level, with 2-7 students per group.
• After enrolment, students can request to switch to another group or schedule, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original class start date.
• All of our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If a teacher is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, a replacement teacher will be provided, fully briefed on the group’s progress.
• Once a student has started in a group, they cannot request to change to a different group or schedule.
• Course fees are non-refundable once the group has started.
• Recordings of group classes are available for later viewing, but we require permission from all students before the course begins.
• Each program ends with a final exam, including written and verbal sections. To progress to the next CEFR level, a student must score at least 70% on the exam.

• Final Exam: At the end of the course, you will take a written and verbal exam. A score of 70% is required to progress to the next level.
• Certification: Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate and a progress report.
