Unidad 1: Buenas noticias Becoming a media newsroom ● Refer to and comment on news stories and relate events. ● Analyze the history of social networks and classify digital news sections. ● Draft and present original news reports for a class media outlet. ● Grammar: Past tenses (perfecto, indefinido, imperfecto, pluscuamperfecto), passive voice (ser + participle), impersonal se, and object direct anticipation.

Unidad 2: ¿Y tú qué opinas? Holding a town hall meeting ● Express and argue opinions, value different options, and propose conditions. ● Discuss sustainable urban models, "slow" cities, and the impact of mass tourism. ● Participate in a public assembly to negotiate and vote on local development projects. ● Grammar: Indicative vs. subjunctive for opinions, evaluating actions with infinitive or subjunctive, conditional connectors (solo si, siempre que), and informational organizers.

• Course fees include one digital material copy. A hard copy is available at an additional cost through our recommended supplier.
• Public groups consist of 16 hours for a Central European Framework (CEFR) level, with 2-7 students per group.
• After enrolment, students can request to switch to another group or schedule, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original class start date.
• All of our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If a teacher is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, a replacement teacher will be provided, fully briefed on the group’s progress.
• Once a student has started in a group, they cannot request to change to a different group or schedule.
• Course fees are non-refundable once the group has started.
• Recordings of group classes are available for later viewing, but we require permission from all students before the course begins.
• Each program ends with a final exam, including written and verbal sections. To progress to the next CEFR level, a student must score at least 70% on the exam.

• Final Exam: At the end of the course, you will take a written and verbal exam. A score of 70% is required to progress to the next level.
• Certification: Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate and a progress report.
